Hello n_sreckovic,

 

the order under the customer number sent by you was cancelled. The street didn't quite work out. Your current contract has a different customer number. Since you still had a credit balance, nothing has been debited yet. You can find your invoices in your customer portal, where you can track everything. Do you still have your contract documents?
