Hey there, I am having a terrible connection speed with my Kabel product, I can not use it for the last 3 days.
I've seen some disturbances of service in area Berlin, however the problems should've been resolved by now. Can anyone help me?

I could have a look at your router and everything is ok. Wich speedresults do you get by testing via ethernet?

which tariff did you book and which cable router do you use?
What speeds can you reach via LAN cable?
Does the disruption occur all day long or only at certain times?

Normally I have a 10mbit connection and I never had any problems before. It has been 2 weeks now.
