Hi there,

 

I've had problems with Vodafone connection for a while.

Recently, I've upgraded my plan to 1000Mbps and I still have a really bad experience. I use it for work and it's been affecting it considerabily. 

 

I've just ran a speed test and it looks pretty bad. According to Vodafone's speed test this is what I have now:

Download: 228Mbps (It was supposed to be 1000)

Upload: 3Mbps (It was supposed to be 50, this is not even 10% of it)

Ping: 35ms

 

I'm really hoping someone can provide me some insights on that otherwise I'll have to cancel it and find another provider. I have no words to describe how bad this service is.

This is how it looks on Saturday mornings (weekends in general), exactly as it should be.

During weekdays I'm getting an upload speed not bigger than 2Mbps which is impacting my work a lot.

the fault is caused by a load in the upstream. I have recorded an order for you.

 

Unfortunately, it is not yet clear when the expansion work can be completed.

Thanks, @Martin59 . But what shall I do until this work is finished? I'm paying full price for not even half of the service and I don't even have a forecast when (and if) the problem is going to be solved. I really hope you understand my frustration in this case.
