Hello, I have moved to a new apartment and i took a dsl connection. The technician came and searched for the house connection telekom box but didn't find it. I tried to talk with my landlord but he does not know where it is. Then the technician left. After that i tried to connect the router to my house port and entered my modem installation code. Surprisingly i got internet access. After 20 days a call came from vodafone customer service and told me to book a new appointment. I told her that i already have internet. But she checked and told me that my line is not active. But she could not say how i am accessing my internet. I am still not sure if the internet is the one with my contract.and i can't book a new appointment since i don't know where the main connection box is.

Have you asked the caretaker or the owner where the house connection is? Often it is in a room in the basement and is locked.
