Many thanks for your feedback however I was billed today for a total amount of 157.02€ from my bank account. I am no longer in Germany and I have de-registered myself, not sure why am I billed the amount indicated above? Please can you advise.

I'm really sorry. Here has been a mistake with the reason for your cancellation. You moved to another country, so the compensation charge was not correct. I've credited you this amount. You can reverse the direct debit taken from your bank account and transfer the difference to our bank account. That would be the fastest way. If you have more patience, I'll order the payout for you. Just give me an advice.
