Hi. My contract will end in May 2019 and I do not want to extend my contract. How can I cancel it in case I have lost my customer number?

Hi VuDHuy,
you don´t need your customer password to cancel your contract.
Write us a letter, of course you can write in english, too 🙂
It is much more easier for us, if you add your customer number there.
You find the customer number on each bill. When we are allowed to debit from your banking account, the customer number is also part of the refernce we use for it

The easiest way is to use the contract form -or- to send a written letter to Vodafone.
You may find your customer number on each invoice -and- also as part of the subject of the charges on your bank account.
Please send the cancellation letter in GERMAN language - it may be rejected otherwise as German is the only contractual agreed language.
