Since the beggining of last week the internet doesn't work so here is my story:
1. Internet stopped working on Tuesday evening
2. I went to Vodafone shop and got info that it's a technical issue in Berlin Mitte and will be ok next day
3. On Friday I went to different Vodafone shop and they just help me with Vodafone hotline (who came up with that solution? It takes AGES to connect) and I got info that somebody will call me in 40 min so I have to go home.
Nobody called... and I was waiting instead of going back to work... yeah....
4. Later that day I called Vodafone hotline 3 times and after getting connected to operator they hang up on me 3 times.... yeaaah
5. Finally I managed with a help of another Vodafone shop to get connected to operator that scheduled a technician for next week (today).
6. Today i got the sms that technician is comming at 14:00 but I knew that so coudnt be at work... technician didn’t showed up...
I'm super frustrated with hotline and the technician. How can one treat customer like that? Unbelievable...

Yeah and after 2 days internet is down again...
