Hello,
i moved to the new house on January 23/01.
I have an appointment with a technician only on 03/02 to activate my VDSL line.
I plugged the Fritzbox 7530 on the phone socket and configured the connection... the Fritzbox is connected to the VDSL terminal, and i have a IPV4 IP adress but no internet on the browser... so i think i don't need a technician to come to my house.
I gave the name of the previous owner of the house to Vodafone and Telekom for a remote activation, but no news.
Is there anyone from Vodafone who can help ?

congratulations to your new home.
Did the welcome letter say that an appointment onsite is needed?
In this case - please be there on in the scheduled timeframe.
It may be possible that the technician needs to do some work on the central distribution box (most likely in the basement) so that you can activate the router.
Your modeminstallationcode / login credentials will only work, once the order for the technician is closed in our systems.
Sadly you can't use the landline before.
