I am currently being transitioned from the cable contract to DSL with you. Yesterday your colleague called, confirmed the details and explained the process. Afterwards, I received an email confirmation with the contract details, and this confirmation contains a paid option (Sicherheitspaket) which I never requested and don't need.
I need it excluded from the contract ASAP.

the security package is included in your price plan for 3 months. But we can delete it for you if you do not need it.

I sent 2 private messages.
One with customer number and password to cancel the security package.
And another one with request to change the delivery address for the modem in case it is being delivered by courier mail similar to how it happened with cable.
