Umzug in eine andere Wohnung

Sehr geehrtes Vodafone-Team,

Im August ziehe ich von einer Wohnung in eine andere, München. Jetzt habe ich DSL Internet und die neue Wohnung hat auch DSL Internet.

Kann ich Ihnen eine E-Mail senden, um dieses Problem zu beheben, oder muss ich anrufen? Mein Deutsch ist nicht so gut, um alles durch das Telefongespräch zu erklären.
