Hello, Vodafone!
I moved to a different apartment some months ago and haven't received a letter with the Retourschein from the Vodafone, so kept the router. After about a month Vodafone charged me smth about 100 euro for not returning the router.
But I have the router and want to return it, just didn't know when I how should I do this 🙂
As I understand even despite that I didn't get the Retourschein, I have to pay the shipping cost on my own, which is acceptable. But I have a couple of questions.
1. Is it still possible to send it back, considering that my previous contract ended something around the middle of December?
2. What is the address to send it back? I saw a few messages on the forum, but they were pretty old, so I'm just wondering if the address got changed.
3. What is the expected time to wait for a response/refund?
The router type was the Kabel, not the DSL one.
