Dear vodafone,

 

Last month, I tried to move my internet to my new address (x*). I was informed by Vodafone on 29.08.19 that the internet could not be installed. I checked with my landlord and was informed that the internet box was connected to the Telekom on 02.09.19.

 

Could you help me with re-initiating the umzug process? We would be happy to have the connection in the new address.

 

The auftragsnummer is x*. Let me know if I could provide any other information.
