I talked to your consultants 10 times and no one informed me that I will pay almost 40 euros for moving. For this move where the Internet did not work for almost 3 weeks.and now the internet is slower than it was

 

For more than a month, I am waiting for a refund, which you unlawfully took from your account. If the money does not appear in my account, I refer the case to a lawyer.

 

I'm fed up with how you treat customers. Maybe others let themselves be treated like this, but this is the last time I contact you before I take legal steps. I will also report the matter to the European consumer center

you have ordered a removal and therefore the calculation of the removal flat rate is justified. An explicit reference to this is actually not necessary, as this is recorded in our price list.

 

By the way, we have informed you about the costs in the move confirmation.
