Hi,

My account is open, but on the 29.01.2019 I cancelled my account and returned my internet box.

I cancelled because I left Germany on the 31.01.2019.

The problem is that I received a bill to pay for February, but as said before I had already canceled my account, what I need to do now? Because I don’t even have a bank account in Germany anymore,

Yes, will be cancelled on April, but I don’t have anymore a German bank account, how can I pay the bills with a Brazilian bank account ?

is it correct, that you used a DSL contract?

 

Then please use the following bank account for the bank transfer:

 

Deutsche Bank AG Düsseldorf
BIC Code: DEUTDEDDXXX
IBAN: DE63 3007 0010 0270 7040 05

 

Use your customer or billing accont number as reference in your transfer.

unfortunately, I have no experiences with it. If you have the possibility, please use a regular bank transaction.
