Premature cancellation of DSL connection

Dear, I want to prematurely cancel my DSL internet. First I decided to transfer the internet to another guy and he agreed, but now he refused to take the connection. I already left Germany and have not done deregistration. What should I do now? Please guide me. Thanks

You will however most possibly need the official de-registration confirmation in order to prematurely terminate your contract, I'm afraid.  After all you need to deliver proof that you are really no longer residing in Germany.
