Hello! I have switched from Vodafone GmbH to Kabelnetz. I had my contract with Kabelnetz signed since February 2018, but since you didn't bother to send me the Anbieterwechsel form and I didn't know until October I should have had signed it, you kept charging me the more expensive option which was the DSL and I kept wondering why. Now that I found out about the form, you switched my provider, I would like to kindly ask you to return me the money I overpaid. I was meant to pay 14.99 eur/mo but you kept charging me 34,99 eur/mo. Pretty ***ty of you. Please return me the money. Thanks!

Hello magdalenkaklein,
the DSL contract was terminated on 02.11.2018. You have transferred all amounts until August 2018. Why didn't you contact us earlier?
We will refund the fees for your DSL contract from February to August 2018. For this I need your bank account (IBAN,BIC).

Hi, when do I get my payment back? I've received so far cca 16 eur. That's certainly not an overpayment for Feb-August. Also why are you countil only until August? My provider was switched in the beginning of November. Thanks!
