Overcharged for Internet services

I have had agreed upon a monthly rate of 9.99 for the first 12 months with Vodafone, however I am being charged over 20 euros for three months now, why is this happening?

which tariff are you using?

Our normal discounted price for a new dsl/cable contract ist 19,99 in the first 12 month.

May be the 9,99 are an example price - combined with benefits you get for your mobilecontract for example?
With the Gigakombi you get an 10 Euro extra discount on your mobile contract.
