No Welcome Letter / Online Activation Code received (after 5 weeks of service)

Hello Comunity!

Does anyone know what to do when I didnt receive a welcome letter nor online activation code and it has been almost 5 weeks now?

I am trying to create a MeinVodafone account so I can handle the bills, but without the Activation Code in the Welcome Letter I cant do so. I have already called twice the Vodafone Customer Service (which was quit useless) and both of the times they said the would send it to my email address but both times didnt happen. I am kind of annoyed by now since I have an overdue payment 10 days old because of this.

If you have told us your e-mail address and confirmed it by clicking the link in our e-mail, the welcome letter will be sent by e-mail.

Please check your inbox and spam folder.
