New cheaper contract but still charged old amount

Sorry for writing in English but my German is awful! I moved apartments about 2 months ago and Vodafone couldn't provide me with the same service. They cancelled my old contract and set me up with a new cheaper contract in the new apartment. We got a new router and sent the old router back to vodafone. It's a DSL connection.

 

The new fee should only be €10 per month based on what we agreed but I keep getting charged €35 which is the old fee. Is there any English number I could call because when I try the German one the customer support always says they don't speak English.

I'm sorry that there is something wrong with the contract. We don't have an English hotline. Usually the agents can also help in English.
