Hello,
I switched to Vodafone DSL 50 Mb in October and last Friday (29/11) was supposed to be the day for the first direct debit but it didn't happen. Last night I realised that my bank details were wrong and I changed them but now the deadline for the payment has passed. What should I do in order to pay without more delay? (The IBAN was correct, it was my name where I made the mistake)
