Dear Vodafon, yesterday I was waiting for your specialist from 12 till 17 (you made an appointment for this date and time, and I had to take time off at work for this time), but he didn't come.I tried to set up a connection to the internet by myself using your FritzBox, but the connection couldn't be established. And today's morning you're sending me the sms, that "Sorry we can't come today, please make a new appointment." What's going on? Why didn't your guy came yesterday? What happened to him? And why should I make a new appointment? What if you miss the new appointment too? And you're saying, if I miss the appointment, I should pay 59 Euro for the next, but who will pay me for your missing appointment? I was absent at work almost the whole day, who will refund me the lost money at this time??
So, if you don't set up the internet for me this week, I will terminate the contract and will connect to the other provider.

Hey I had the exact same issue today!

It's frustrating and disappointing when you've waited an ENTIRE MONTH for a person to come and install the internet, they change the appointment one prior to installation and then they don't come, they don't call notify you or even give you a valid reason and then they ask you to book another appointment.

I will return the box and go with another provider if this is not installed in the next 5 business days. This is very disrespectful and not worth my business to be begging for the services to be installed.
