Left Germany on 31.01.2019-DSL Cancellation

Hello,

I left Germany on 31.01.2019,

On 26.01.2019, I asked Vodafone to cancel my contract via post.

But unfortunately received an email that my contract would end on 02.10.2020. This is not understandable to me.

Since I already left Germany how it continues till 02.10.2020. So I submitted my de-registration as well .

Please suggest how to cancel it with immediate effect.

did you already write a letter of termination? You be able to cancel your contract regarding to TKG §46 passage 8.
But note that you have to pay for three further months starting of the date you left Germany (the date your deregistration).

The best way is waiting of a moderator which can have a look into your account data. Be patient because they won't be able 24/7 in the forum.
