Hi,
I have vodafone dsl connection and i face following issue:
1 - Low range - It has very low range. only good connection in 2 meter range
2 - Frequent connection disruptions - Many times even in 2 meters it says connection failure
Its very irritating when u work from home.
pls resolve it immediately.

Hi Mate, I am quite surprised when you dont understand the meaning of 'low range' and 'Frequent connection interruption'.
I am not saying" whenever i eat icecream, your wifi signal is gone"😀
Attached is one example of interruption, which i got while writing this message.
Anyways, i dont want to waste my precious time in chatting with you. Better would be to send your technician to check and resolve.
If you need any technical data, please be specific, so that i can send you

Don't waste you time here, you only get arrogant and rude replies and no real help and answers, try to contact the help desk / customer service by phone - they could be impolite and incompetent to the same grade, depending on the employee, but at least you can directly talk to people there.

Are you a customer of Vodafone West (formerly Unitymedia) or a customer of Vodafone Kabel Deutschland? Which tariff do you use?
