Hi,
My internet is very slow and some times break. I am not able to continue my work. I have subscribed for 100 Mbps connection and paying 40 Euros every month. But I get below 20 Mbps and the average is even below 10 Mbps is not acceptable (sometimes upload speed is 2 Mbps ). My telecom mobile works even better than Vodafone broadband.
Since Monday 25th may-2020, the connection is even worse. My VPN connection to office breaks, unable to load my company websites, videos, etc.
Kindly help me to resolve the network performance issues.

My internet is very slow and its breaking continuously.
I have connected via LAN and the speed test shows below 10Mbits/s and upload speed is just 1 Mbits. Can you please check this on an urgent basis,
