Internet is not working

Hello, my internet is not working since morning. I tried all trouble shooting tips and tricks from internet and from vodafone website and nothing is working. I have also called Vodafone customer serive but they cannot help me because I don't know Deutsch, and they are not allowed to speak English.
What can I do now? Just sit and wait and keep praying that Internet starts working on its own? Thanks.

Please also tell me which router you have connected and how the LEDs light up.
