I need a new MIC

My internet stopped working today and asked me to activate my Easybox. I don’t still have the MIC to do this and can’t get a new MIC from MeinVodafone as my DSL doesn’t appear on there.

How can I get a MIC to get my internet back on?

the fastest way to get a new MIC via SMS is to call our customer service.

Alternative you can send me a private message within your customer number, the customer password and the number of your cellphone.
