Dear Sir/Madam

I have a DSL 100 service at home. It was planned a technician establish my connection from 03.02.2020. Unfortunately, his try was unsuccessful and Vodafone assigned another appoitnet for a week later. So until the second appointment, I did not have any internet at home. I just checked the bills and found that Vodafone has charged me also for that period. Is it possible to get refund for this period? I think issued tecket is still somewhere in my profile that shows exact dates. 

I am sinserely waiting to hearing from you.

the contract begins on the day of the originally confirmed date for activation.

 

If the connection could only be activated later, please send me a private message.

 

I need your name and customer number. I will then credit you with the base price for the period.

 

However, this is only possible if the appointment was not postponed due to a customer error.

Thanks for the reply. I did not postpone the appointment. I think there was a technical mistake from the first technician that vodafone sent another technician a week later to fix it.
