How to transfer my contract to another person?

Hello! I have a contract for DSL internet. I am moving to another apartment and the new tenant wants to have my internet. Is it possible to transfer my contract to him? What should I do? I can't call the service, because i don't speak German. Thanks!

Hi UDarya,

you can either transfer the contract or take it with you to your new location. Not both.

If you want to transfer your contract to another person, please use tis form: https://www.vodafone.de/infofaxe/297.pdf  

If you want to take your connection with you, just order it online: https://kabel.vodafone.de/meinkabel/meine_kundendaten/umzugsservice

Hello! Thank you for your answer! But I can't order it online because it doesn't work. Can I change to the cheapest tariff? And can I cancel it in advice? to  not forget to cancel it later.

Hey Udarya,

sure, i can have a closer look into this.

But keep in mind, if its possible to downgrade the tariff for example from 250mbits to 16 - this leads to a new contract runtime of 24 months.
