Free GB because of moving

Hi, I recently changed my address and until my modem comes,  they promised me 2× 20 gb for my phone,  so I don't stay with out internet,  my Deutsch is still not good enough,  and I really need help on how can I receive this.  They gave me this number 08001721212 but I didn't get any help.  Please help  thanks
