Hi,
Sorry to write in English since I do not have a good German. I have tried to call the hotline but quite lost there.
I have a new EasyBox 804 for my new contract with Vodafone. After trying to activate multiple times without successful, my EasyBox can't recognize the signal from DSL line any more(only WLAN turns green, the "Internet" and "Telefon" are off). I have followed all instructions but no luck. Could Vodafone send an expert to take a look on my device or what I should do in this case?
