Hi all,
I've had a problem with my internet connection that started around a week ago. My internet connects, then after some time, it disconnects for a period (usually 5-10 minutes) and then connects again. The connection can last anything between 2 minutes and a few hours.
I've already reset my Easybox but the problem has persisted.
When it disconnects, the WLAN light turns green, then the Internet light flashes red for a bit until it goes completely red, then the Telefon light flashes red, then they all go green, then the internet comes back.
I hope someone can help 🙂

i'm sorry to hear that your landline is not working properly.
Frequent carrierlosses may be a result of either a problem with the connection itself or a defect of the modem.
Please open easy.box in a browser of your choice.
Username root : Password 123456
Then go to : Settings -> Configuration -> Factoryresets.
Reset the router to factory defaults & enter your modeminstallationcode.
Please do this only if you have your modeminstallationcode my hand.
If this is not fixing your issue, please send me a private message.
I need your customernumber & mobilenumber.
I'll have a look into this & open an incident ticket.
