Hello,
a couple of months ago I subscribed for a Red Internet and Phone 50 DSL contract. Everything is working fine except that, I don't know why, you're not charging me for my bills. The first month my bill was in negative, probably because of some promotion on new customers, but now I need to make the payment for October and on the bill was written that I would have been charged the 6th of November. Today it's the 8th and you haven't charged my yet on my bank account. On my vodafone personal page everything look good but I never payed for my bills since the 4th of September.
What should I do? You have all my bank details and also my authorization to charge directly from there so I don't know what is the problem.

thank you for sending the PN.
On 04.11.2019 we debited 11,80 € from your bank account. You should be able to see the debit in the meantime.
If not, please tell me your bank details so that I can compare them with the data we have on file.

well, it doesn't happen very often, that a customer complaints about not being billed.
But I can have a look on that, to make sure, that everything is okay with your contract.
