Good morning,
First of all, sorry to write in English but my German is really bad.
I would like to end my DSL contract as I'm leaving the country next week. Where should I send my abmeldung to end my contract ?
Also, when will my contract end exactly ? And where should I send the Fritzbox back ? Can I give it to a Vodafone shop ?
If someone can help me please, I am bit lost.

you can send your termination via contact form: CLICK
Please add a copy of your "Abmeldebescheinigung".
After the contract's termination you will receive at least 1 more invoices (depending on your bill cycle).
You can pay via bank transfer. You will find our bank data and the amount on the invoice.

Hi everyone,
I left Germany at the end of April and sent my Abmeldung via the contact formular and I received a message saying that my contract will end on 2nd of May.
I sent the box by post just before I left.
I'm still receiving invoices since May, is it normal ? I paid until then but since my contract already ended, I don't understand.
Can someone help me with this please ?

Hi Norman,
When I sent my abmeldung via the formular contact, the online customer service told me everything was good now until I receive the notice. But, since I left a few days after, I did not had the time to receive the confirmation by post I guess.
Can you help me end the contract definitively please ?

please be a little bit more patient. It is possible that it needs a little bit more time.
If you have no confirmation after next monday send me a privat message with the following data:
1) Your customer number
2) Your customer password
3) The ID of the contact form. You have received it with the acknowledgment of receipt.
