Due to COVID19 pandemic situation, can we delay the returning of router

Hello I have a DSL contract with vodafone. My contract is ending this month and I had informed vodafone for contract termination. Due to COVID pandemic, I am home quarantine because I have flu symptoms. Doctors have recommended to stay at home. I have to return my router by 15th April but I can't go out. Is there any special rules during pandemic time? Is there a way by which I can get an extension till end of April for router return. I am writing on this fourm because I don't know german and its difficult to communicate on the helpline. I would be grateful if I can get any updates on this.

due to the current situation we have extended the deadlines.

 

If you cannot return the router until the end of April, this is not a problem.
