I booked a DSL contract over phone yesterday, and the agent on the phone gave me all the details multiple times. And before agreeing to the terms, she repeated them on record and I confirmed the pricing and other contract terms. Today, however, I received an email where the pricing is much different and other additional charges have been added. 

Unfortunately, I am new to Germany and do not speak German yet and can't navigate customer care options and there is no option for me to complain or fix this. Can't even find an email address to write to. Can someone please help here?

Is it possible that the discounts result by booking a dsl & mobile contract?
These "Gigakombi" Bundle benefits, can only be booked once both contracts are active.
