I have been waiting for the dsl relocation for 2 months and it has not taken place so far. I would appreciate if it happens as soon as possible.
Did you tell anyone, that you're moving flats?
What contact channel did you use?
Have you received a confirmation of order?
Yes there was a mistake with the address in the confirmation for the umzug order.
I called vodafone and changed the adresss after which I was told that I will be getting a call for the technician appoinment.
This happened 2 weeks back.
But still I did not get any mail regarding the confirmation of the order with my newly mentioned address.
I can see my new address as the billing address in mein vodafone.
So expecting the mail for dsl relocation soon.
If there was an error with the new adress, the complete relocation order needs to be canceled and a new one needs to be set up. Two weeks sounds like a realistic timespan for that. You'll receive a new welcome letter when the new appointment is confirmed by telekom., most likely vie e-mail.
If you already called Vodafone and told them about the wrong adress, you shouldn't need to create a new order. The wrong order will be canceled and a new one set up by Vodafone. No need for you to interfere.
Maybe a mod can check the current status for you.
