Hello,
I was given an appointment to activate my DSL connection last Friday. But suddenly it was cancelled on Friday morning around 10:30 without any further information and was told to take another appointment. I tried to take one but was told that my order is being processed and I will be notified shortly. Until now I didnot receive any information.
How long will I need to wait?

I´m sorry, that you had to wait for the technician inconclusivly.
If your technician-appointment was not successful, you can schedule a new date.
Have you already tried it here: dsl.vodafone.de/termin?
You have to register at "MeinVodafone" first.

Hi Kira,
Thanks for your reply. For registering in "MyVodafone" I need to have the online registierungscode which I have not received. I have only received the box with the router and the router installation code per email. The welcome letter from Vodafone which should contain the registierungscode, I have not received.
However I have already tried this link http://dsl.vodafone.de/termin and it is not working.
It will be of great help if you could look into the matter.

in order to make another appointment you can either call or you send me a private message.
Click on my avatar -> Diesem Benutzer eine private Nachricht senden.
I need your name, customer number and customer password. Also I need the desired date. Please note that we have to make the appointment 5 workdays in advance and I will not read your message before beginning of next week.
So calling us would be the quickest way for you.
