I had an appointment for opening my festnetz yesterday. However, a technician from Telekom came to my apartment and he failed to open the connection. He told me that the building is a monopoly to a compony called median paket. However, a Vodafone salesperson ensured me that Vodafone provides DSL service to my address: M***r Str 14. Therefore, I signed a contact with Vodafone for both DSL and mobilfunk. The name of the salesperson is Daniel ***, Deputy Store Manager at Vodafone Filiale ***

At the moment I do not have an active internet connection via my DSL at home. However, I received a message automatic message from Vodafone stating that my first payment for DSL will be added to the next month (October) payment.
