Charged for not returning the modem

Dear Team,

Since I was stuck outside Germany, I could not send my modem and video recorder on time and have been charged for that. I have sent it across and would reach to Vodafone in the next 2-3 working days.

Can the charges be reversed once the equipment has been returned?

It depends when you should've returned the devices.

Usually it's not possible to reverse that charge once the invoice has been created for DSL devices.
