Charge €99,90

Vodafone charge me €99,90 I have no idea why. I tried to contact by email and they said to open a thread here (what honestly doesn't make any sense for me).

Also because this is a recurring problem I'd like to ask to remove my automatic debit because every time I have to contact you to complain about something you're charging me wrong.

 

Edit: Moved from Kabel to DSL.

Actually, I was checking and it was from Vodafone DSL but I had canceled on May.

I assume that we have charged you for the EasyBox.

 

You have to return it within 2 weeks after the end of the contract.

 

Did you do this? And d you still have the receipt?

No, I didn't. I still have it in my place, no one request me it. Where do I get more information on how to return?

I don't need the modem, I'd like to return and get my money back.

you find a note regarding your modem in your cancellation confirmation.

 

You will find the address there and we mention that the modem has to be returned within 2 weeks.

 

You have already been charged, so it is too late to send the modem back.

I used the modem for more than one year, now because I'm late in some weeks the modem is broken or what? Why you don't accept back and refund me the money!

This cannot be true!
