Hi, sorry for writing this in English, but my German does not extend to technical / IT issues.
Several of the devices that were previously connected to our Easybox 804 without any problems began losing their connection over WLAN. I tried restarting the box, and powering it off completely, and then finally I reset it. Now we have no home internet at all (I am using my mobile data to write this.)
The Easybox is just blinking red at the bottom, with only the 'internet' light blinking green, and the WLAN, also green, but on without blinking on the top of the box. I cannot access the router interface by the usual address 192.168.1.2 or via easy.box. Please help.

Hi HelloMrJames,
please check if you are using special characters in your WIFI name or password.
Some devices seem to have problems with that.
Please just use numbers and letters and try again.
Also it might be useful to check if you have both 2,4 GHz and 5 GHz enabled.
Regards,
Jens

Hi HelloMrJames,

Thanks for the reply. I got the Easybox working again, and our DSL connection at least appears to be functional. The problem has been for the last few weeks that some devices connected to the network (an Amazon Fire Stick, an iPad Air, and an iPhone 5S) are now not able to see the router. I have checked that the Easybox has the latest firmware installed, but the problem persists. Please let me know if I should put this into a new topic.
