Cancelled contract, but still getting billed

Hello,

 

I had moved outside Germany and had requested for closing my contract in the Month of July. I am still being charged for my Vodafone Internet connection.

 

As informed by the Vodafone customer care, I had sent a letter to their office and also had returned the equipment. However there was no notification provided, nor did they confirm that they would cancel the account. Since I have left Germany permanently so I dont wish to continue to pay for the bills that I am utilising.

 

Please can someone help me with this?

Hi Krishchicku,

 

after the end of the contract at least one more invoice is created.

 

Depending on the billing cycle, you may also receive 2 more bills after the end of the contract. If you have added your contract to "MeinVodafone", you can still see your invoices online.

 

Have you checked the invoices to see if the connection is being charged beyond the confirmed cancellation date?
