I had a Kabel connection in my previous address. I recently shifted from Nürnberg to Köln due to work reasons, and after reaching here i come to know that I cannot have Kabel connection but only DSL connection. A new contract is created which i dont want to continue. I have requested several times over telephonic support and even wrote a letter to Vodafone at Rattingen. However there is no response yet.
As i dont have Kabel connection in my new place, I want to cancel the contract with Vodafone. Somebody please do the needfull.
