Bought a Package but want to Cancel before Installing

I purchased an internet package and installation but I no longer want to go with this company. I would like to know how to cancel. I don't not have anything installed yet, and only just payed for the package on 16/09.

Whats the reason for cancellation? You can send me a private message with your customer number and the customer password. Then I check whats possible.
