Hi. I have some questions about my subscription. I chose as method of payment direct debit but from july, when I started the colaboration with you, no money was withdrawn from my account. And I want to know if you will withdraw the money at some date or which is the procedure. And if is possible I would like to change this and pay the bill every month as normal.  Thank you.

Take a look at your order confirmation. Possibly. If you have not received a basic price for the promotion for 6 months, the calculation of your contract does not start until the 7th month.
