Very slow internet speed on Cable Max 1000

Hi, 

Sorry my German is poor!

My CableMax 1000 internet connection has been giving me problems with slow internet speed. I get a download speed of <100 Mbit / sec and upload speed of <1 Mbit / sec, which is almost 1 / 10th the promised speed. I am attaching the snapshot of Vodafone speed test for your reference. Could you help me out!

please send a speedtest you made while using a direct ethernet connection and send the result here. Make sure that the time is visible. I can check the line with that speedtest.
