HEllo Vodafone,
As per my DSL contract plan (discussed during buying the contract) . In my first year of my contract i can get 200Mbps with monthly rental of 19.99. To keep the same rental from next year i need to reduced my speed to 50 Mbps . currenlty i am in 9th month of my contract. How to request to change the tarrif so as i have to pay same rental in next year. I am not finding that option on change tarrif. I am struggling from last 3 weeks to initate the request.

I have noted the change to Red Internet & Phone 50 Cable on 04.02.2020 in the system. Of course you will get the written confirmation shortly before the change.
