Disabled security package but still being charged

Hello Team,

 

I have successfully ended my vodafone security package and the end date was 12th August,2019 as I can see from the cancellation document received from Vodafone. However, I could see I have been charged for 3.99 euro for the whole month of August in the recent bill. I should only be charged on pro-rata basis for first 12 days.

 

Could you pelase help? Kindly send a PM so that I can share contract details.

I still have your customer data. I took a look. The cancellation and invoice have overlapped. With the next invoice will be credited the fee for the period from 13th of August to 31th of August.
