Hello,

I shipped back my device and can see that it was delivered to Vodafone: xxx

However, in my account, there is still no information about the returned device and the message is:

"

Currently there are no open device requirements.
As soon as devices have to be returned to us, they will be displayed here.
"
 
I shipped it 16.03.2019
