I have ordered Red Internet & Phone 100 DSL recently.
I have received two invoices for August and September with a price 42.98, but as I see in my contract the invoice price for the first 12 months should be 19.99.
So this is my question, with regards to my new contract that was started from 2 months ago why my invoice price is 42.98 instead of 19.99?

You should have a look at the invoices on what they state.

 

It might be that your first invoice was only for the activation fee - and that the next invoice is for the montly base fee for the already passed time from activation until invoice creation and for the upcoming month.
